Skiing is good for you!

After exceeding my skiing ability last week, I broke my shoulder (twice)! The good news is, that I should get the sling off by the London Marathon. Until then it's no running. Nice beach here I come :) See you on 2nd May.

I should be back this Tuesday. 10.5 miles of, possibly fartlek, pleasure alongside assorted watercourses and lakes. See you at Bramcote Leisure Centre for a prompt start. If not then at this short notice Geoff's group will be cancelled I cannot think of anywhere we can meet especially as its forecast to rain. If is open then training as previously planned.
