Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

Well the traffic wasn't that bad last Tuesday buts its early days; it could have been a freak so I will stick to 6.15pm start this week. More fast and slow. Oh and circuits on Wed 7pm Noel Street Leisure Centre. Very good at injury prevention.

More of the same - fartlek around the Cossall route. I have pushed the start time back 15 mins as serious roadworks have started and for the next 5 weeks on the A52 between the Priory and Bramcote islands (fast group should also note).
