Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

Sorry for the late change but I am unable to make the intermediate session tonight. Unless there is another leader I'm afraid this won't happen tonight. The fast group will be meeting as before.

6.20pm Intermediate group - this week a steady  6- 7 miles. 6.30pm Fast group; as usual a session to be agreed before starting as is the respective routes for both groups. As usual meet in the foyer upt o 15 minutes before start times. New runners most welcome; just turn up.
