Tuesday 23 October - 6:30pm Tennis Centre for a 10 mile run on the Attenborough route , possibly 3-4-5-5-4-3 min efforts, half duration recoveries Wednesday 24 October - 5:30pm (start time flexible) Steady/progression run on the lumpy town 11 Sunday 28 October - 9am Perhaps the Papplewick 18, but it's up for debate
