Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

Training and Racing: Tuesday 5 July - Sunday 10 July 2011 Tuesday 5 July 2011 - 6:30pm Bramcote for a 10M run on the (uphill) Kimberley route. Saturday 9 July 2011 09:00 St Leonards Avenue, Wollaton for an easy 7.5m run around Wollaton Park and the University Campus now that they have finished filming for the new Batman Movie. Sunday 10 July 2011 09:00 Papplewick for a 13.75m - 18m run around the forests of Nottingham.

Same again as last week 3 villages fartlek 10 and a bit miles. We left early last week and at least 1 runner missed us. Apologies for that. Departure strictly no earlier than 6.15 this week. Summer league next week so no session next Tuesday.
