Training and Racing: Tuesday 23 April 2013 Tuesday 23 April - 6:30pm A 9.1 mile run from Bramcote out onto the Erewash Canal over Toton sidings and back via Moor Bridge.

9 miles steady in the canals / Cossall direction led by Mike. Meet in foyer from 6pm. New runners most welcome; just turn up.
