It may be thin on the ground, Andy is injured, Ben and Craig are racing, Rob and Simon too I believe; Geoff is away. Saturday 24 June - 9am Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 25 June - 9am Chamonix Cross Race, France. Riber Fell Race Tuesday 27 June - 6:30pm Bramcote Leisure Centre for a 10M both steady and with 6 * 0.5 mile efforts. Again, a bit thin on the ground.
