Departure : 8.04pm Tram (stop next to pub) to Beaconsfield Street (Tramrider ticket £2 )
Pub 1 - The Frog and Onion - then Tram to Basford
Pub 2 - The Fox and Crown - then Tram to Wilkinson Street
Pub 3 - Horse & Groom
Pub 4 - Lion Inn (live music) - then Tram back to town
All serve fine ales

Training and Racing 28 September - 3 October 2004
Tuesday 28 September - 6:30pm - TENNIS CENTRE
10 miles+ at a strong pace, possibly with efforts. Meet in the Cricketers, Beeston afterwards at 8pm, followed by a dinner at Yod Siam Thai Restaurant (round the corner) as Carmell is leaving. Contact Carmell to book your table if you have not already done so.
Wednesday 29 September - 6pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard
The Ken Allen-endorsed midweek longish run. An out-and-back to Holme Pierrepont returning via Beeston Lock. Meet at the Tennis Centre at 6pm. Check with Toni, Rich or Paul for run.
Thursday 30 September - 6:30pm. Nottingham Tennis Centre for a 10 mile road run.
Note that Trev's group are going to resume winter trainingSaturday 2 October - NOTE BACK TO OLD TIME: 10am - St. Leonards Avenue, Wollaton.

Sunday 3 October - 9am - Tennis Center, University Boulevard.
The long one, how about we head out along the canal / river towards Sawley, turn right at Trent Lock onto the Erewash canal and then go up there a really long way before coming back via the Nottingham Canal. Start steady, finish at 'Paul Archer-endorsed' suicidal pace!

Training and Racing 21 September - 28 September 2004
Tuesday 21 September - 6:30pm - Bramcote Leisure Centre
10 miles+ at a strong pace, possibly with efforts. Cossall and the Erewash Canal (all off-road). The reverse of the normal route. Neil will give a running commentary on the distance traveled and speed and the response will again be a chorus of "I can't believe that, you want to get rid of that you do".
