Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

A 9.1 mile run from Bramcote out onto the  Erewash Canal over Toton sidings and back via Moor Bridge. Note there is no one leading the intermediate group. Hopefully this group will commence next week.

No session this week.  The Summer league fixture at Epperstone next week Wednesday 10th April is cancelled so there will be a session next week probably moving to Bramcote LC for the out of the city routes.
