Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

7:30pm Saturday 29 May 2004 La Tasca, Tapas Bar, Weekday Cross, Nottingham Dinner at La Tapas tonight. Dinner starts at 7:30pm, meet upstairs, table booked in my name. A few of us ar going to meet in the Cock and Hoop pub, next to the Lace Market Hotel (old County Tavern) at 6:45pm. So far Jenny, Dick, Christine, Simon, Ben, Michelle, Andy, Lisa, Toni, Craig and Gary are booked in. If you want to come along, do so it should not be a problem.

Training Sessions/Races for 26th May - 1st June Looks like the Tennis Centre will be unavailable from 14 - 19 June as the Nottingham Open is on during those dates - we'll arrange an alternative meeting point during that week. Wednesday 26th May - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard Ben is doing 13-14M from Beeston out towards Holme Pierrpont. I'm happy to meet up in Beeston or drop by the Tennis Centre if anyone is interested, it'll be ~11M from the TC. Thursday 27th May - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard or Bramcote Park 1. Meet @ Tennis Centre @ 6:30pm. or 2. Trevor's session - meet @ Bramcote Pk. @ 6:30pm for 7pm session - likely 8 x 600m off 60-90 sec recovery. Saturday 29th May - 10 a.m., St. Leonards Drive (across from main exit from Wollaton Park) 8M easy/steady pace round Wollaton Park / University grounds. Sunday 30th May - 9 a.m. Tennis Ctr.
