Geoff's group Sun 22nd, Tues 24th and Wed 25th May

Sun: 9am Papplewick 13.75 miles - at a gentler pace than the others - target 2hrs. Tues: 6.30 pm Bramcote Leisure Centre 8 - 10 miles fartlek. Paul Cooper is leading the group this week. Training and Racing Tuesday 17 May - Sunday 22 May 2005 Tuesday 17 May - 6:30pm - Bramcote Leisure Centre 10M. Tempo run anyone? ~20-30min @ <75% WHR, 25min @85% WHR, 20-3omin @ < 75% WHR. Wednesday 18 May - 6:00pm Beeston 11M easy / steady run (70-75% WHR). Let me (Ben) know if your interested. Thursday 19 May - 6:00pm Beeston or 6:15pm Tennis Centre 13M run out to HPP at an easy/steady pace (70-75% WHR) - check with Ben. Gary is doing a 30 minute fartlek session, in a 7 mile run, from his flat at 6:15pm along a hilly route at 70% - 85% WHR. Saturday 21May - 9:00am - St. Leonard's Drive, Wollaton (Park) University and Park run of 1 hour or 10 mile Steady State run at 80 - 85% for 30 mins. Sunday 22 May - 8:30am or 9:00am - Griffin's Head, Papplewick Village 18M run (Uncle Pete and Coach Henderson are responsible for the distance!). Meet at 8:30am for a loop of Hucknall, then go from Griffin's Head at 9am for the usual Papplewick loop and tack on an extra mile at th
