Training and Racing: Tuesday 25 September - Sunday 30 September 2007 Tuesday 25 September - 6:30pm WE ARE AT THE UNIVERSITY TENNIS CENTRE, UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD Tennis Centre. Continuing the off-road theme for as long as we can, this route is on lightly lit tracks. Ample space to do a 20 minute sustained pace, or even a comet-tail! Flat, Flat, Flat (as a pancake). Saturday 29 September - 9am Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. (I'm off to the Lakes this weekend) Sunday 30 September - 9am Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75m run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire.
