Think it'll be a 10 miler on the Wollaton Route this week: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/26070537 Probably run straight through Beeston to Wollaton Rd to avoid the tram works. 6-4-2-1-1 mins x 2, half duration rest (i.e., 3-2-1-30s-30s), 3 mins between sets
