Business as usual this Tuesday; the sharp end got sharper last Tuesday and likely to continue in that vain this week. The "turn and collect" policy ensures that no one gets left behind at the end of an effort. Kick off 6.30 p.m, the same time as the crazy gang.
Circuit Training - Wednesday - Back as Usual
Circuit training IS back on this week; the Leisure Centre is open as usual.
Circuit training normally held at Noel St Leisure Centre 7pm - 8pm Cost GBP2.90 (2.65 with Nottingham City Leisure card). Located very near Shipstone St Tram stop and the Lion Moseley Street.
