Same format as last week; meet in the foyer from about 6.15pm for 2 sessions; a faster group and a slower or intermediate session. The fast group will decide on route and distance on the night; the other group will be about 6 - 7 miles at steady at about 10 mins per mile or 10k per hour . New runners most welcome.
