St. Valentine's Day, Tuesday 14 February - 6:30pm
Tennis Centre for a 10M both steady and with 6 * 0.5 mile efforts around the CHILWELL ROUTE
There will also be a 30 minute tempo session for those training for the London Marathon.

Thursday 16 February - 6pm

Saturday 18 February - 9am
Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton.

Sunday 19 February - 9am
13 - 17 Mile run to Holme Pierrepont from the Tennis Centre OR Long run in Derbyshire, kee an eye out for last minute updates.
Races
11am, Sunday, East Midlands XC League Race 4 - Colwick Woods 5 -6 miles

Training Tuesdays

Last night due to heavy traffic congestion I was late arriving at the Tennis Centre so apologies to anyone who gave up waiting. Also due to injury of key members the Bramcote run was cancelled at short notice so again apologies to anyone put out by the no shows. Going forward I am suspending the Tennis Centre sessions until January when hopefully the traffic may have eased slightly. The Bramcote group is also suspended until there is a compliment of regulars again. It will be announced on this blog.
