Training and Racing: Tuesday 13 November - Sunday 18 November 2007 Tuesday 06 November - 6:30pm Tennis Centre for a 10 mile run on the Wilford (variant) route with 4 mile tempo/threshold thrown in for good measure. Saturday 10 November - 9am Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton - might be an idea to check with the usual suspects, Gary, Toni, Craig + Ben are away. Sunday 11 November - 9am Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75M/18M run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire - might be an idea to check with the usual suspects, Gary, Toni, Craig + Ben are away. Upcoming Races Sunday 30th December - Road 10k - Caythorpe

6.30pm Tennis Centre about 7 miles steady. I'm back after injury at last. Steady build up over the coming weeks.
