Training and Racing: Tuesday 11 November - Sunday 16 November 2007 Tuesday 11 November - 6:30pm Tennis Centre for a 10 mile run on the Chilwell/Stapleford (hybrid) route with 4 mile tempo/threshold thrown in for good measure. Saturday 14 November - 9am Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 15 November - 9am Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75M/18M run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire. Upcoming Races Sunday 30th December - Road 10k - Caythorpe Saturday 15/12/2007 12 noon.
