Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

Training and Racing: Tuesday 14 August - Sunday 19 August 2007 Tuesday 14 August - 6:30pm Bramcote Leisure Centre. A 10 mile run through Toton Sidings and along the canal with at least 4 * 1m efforts. Saturday 18 August - 9am Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 19 August - 9am Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75m run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire.
