Training and Racing Wednesday 18 January - Sunday 22 January 2006 Wednesday 18 January - 6pm Ben's house for a one hour run. Saturday 14 January - 9am Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 15 January - 9am (8:30 if you fancy a quick loop of Hucknall first) Papplewick, meet at the Griffin's Head layby for a 13.75 1,100ft run around the North Nott's forests.

Tuesday 6.30pm Tennis Centre - 9 to 10 miles fartlek Wed 7pm - 8pm Circuit Training Noel Street Leisure Centre - modest admission charge. Exercise the parts running cannot reach although leg exercises are are thrown in free. Commencing Sunday 22nd Jan - 10.am Papplewick at a more modest pace initially 2 hours + . Meet at Griffin's Head layby opposite.
