Nottingham Tennis Centre, University Boulevard for a 10M around Wollaton (route) including 6*0.5 mile efforts.
Saturday 18 March - 9am
Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour around Park and University, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Note: the University Relays are on today, so runners may do that instead.
Sunday 19 March - 9am
Papplewick for a 13.75 mile run through the forests of North Nottinghamshire. Meet adjacent to the Griffin's Head Pub.
