Training and Racing: Tuesday 28 February - Sunday 5 March 2006 Tuesday 28 February - 6:30pm Tennis Centre for a 10M both steady and with 6 * 0.5 mile efforts. There will also be a 30 minute tempo session for those training for the London Marathon. Thursday 2 March (Yes! March: SPRING!) - 6pm Are you looking for an invigorating run with scintillating company? Me too! In the meanwhile how's about 13M, leaving from my place (Ben's) at 6pm? Saturday 4 March - 9am Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 5 March - 9am Papplewick for a 13 - 17 mile run. Arrive at 8:30am if you want a longer run :) Races Saturday: C.A.U. Inter-Counties Championships/Reebok Cross-Country Nottingham, Wollaton Park. Sunday: East Midlands League, Men 6m, Women 3m - Darley Park and XXXII Edition of Roma Ostia half-marathon. CLOCKS GO FORWARD 26 March
