This week there will be 2 distances. Mike will lead the 9 - 10 miles fartlek session I will be running about 5 miles slow / steady as it is the Summer League the following evening. 8 miles or so in the general direction of Awsworth, Cossall and the canals. Meet in foyer from 6.15pm. New runners most welcome; just turn up no charges for running.

Note the light nights location to facilitate off road running in the general direction of the Erewash Canal, Cossall and Strelly. Meet in the foyer of the LC from 6.15pm. Probably about 8 miles steady involving the canal to the metal bridge and back along the disused Nottingham canal paths. New runners welcome; just turn up no charges to run.

If this group is not fast enough for your liking there is a faster group which meets at the same time. They decide on the night on the route / session but it will hurt.

Mike's back so the 8 - 9 miles session possibly with some efforts is back on. I will be there also but still only doing up to 6 miles slow / steady. No session on Tuesday's 17th, 24th and 31st December because of seasonal festivities. Season's greetings!. This group is suspended in the early part of the new year as I will not be running.
