There will also be a session of 1 * 1600m, 2* 800m and 4 * 400m over the 10 mile course at 5:43min/mile pace. Saturday 23 July, 3:00pm - Snowdon International Fell Race Simon and Gary are competing and it's on Digital TV The coverage will be on S4C and S4C digital. If anyone feels like a steady 7M, I'm planning on an easier shorter one prior to Wednesday's race. I spoke to the Race Secretary, apparently the course is flat / mildly undulating (last week's winner ran 13:44 apparently!!!), course is accurately measured but no markers, mixture of asphalt and grass (road shoes recommended).
