The Tuesday night "bread-and-butter" 10M. There will also be a session of 1 * 1600m, 2* 800m and 4 * 400m over the 10 mile course at 5:43min/mile pace.
Saturday 23 July, 9:00am - St. Leonard's Drive, Wollaton (Park)
University and Park run of ~1 hour.
Saturday 23 July, 3:00pm - Snowdon International Fell Race
