Tuesday 15 February - 6:30 pm - Nottingham Tennis Centre
Chilwell Route for a 10, 8.5 or 6.5 mile steady state effort or Aerobic Intervals at 70 - 80% effort.
Thursday 17 February - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre
Wilford Hill for 7.5 or 10 mile steady state or Aerobic Intervals 70 - 85% effort.
Saturday 19 February - 9:00am - St. Leonard's Drive, Wollaton (Park)
University and Park run of 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minute steady state run at 75 - 80% effort
Sunday 20 February - 9:00am - Nottingham Tennis Centre
20 miles with shortcuts for those that need them. A flat course (with no water) along the Nottingham Canal and the River Trent to Trent Lock and the Erewash Canal, leave at Long Eaton for short route or carry on to green bridge over railway and Toton for 20 miles.
