Sunday 3 October - 9:00am - TENNIS CENTRE, University Boulevard
The long one, we will head out to Holme Pierrepont and return along the river to Chilwell. Toni & Craig are starting early to do 5 miles extra.
Tuesday 5 October - 6:30pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard
10 miles+ at a strong pace, possibly with efforts on the Chilwell route, see below (click on picture for larger map.)
STAPLEFORD
10 mile route only, due to a lack of turn offs
From TC, west along Uni B'vard, then left at Queens Rd East. Follow this road for about 3.5 miles to the Manor pub, turn right. Follow this road all the way to Stapleford, crossing the A52 on the way. Turn right, up to the Bramcote Island, then continue down the A52 to the Priory Island, turning right onto Woodside Rd, then back along Uni B'vard.
Wednesday 6 October - 6pm - Tennis Centre, University Boulevard
The Ken Allen-endorsed midweek longish run. An out-and-back to Holme Pierrepont returning via Beeston Lock. Meet at the Tennis Centre at 6pm. Check with Gary, Toni, Rich or Paul for a run.
Thursday 7 October - 6:30pm. Nottingham Tennis Centre for a 10 mile road run with a sustained effort to Stapleford.
Note that Trev's group resume winter training today. Tuesday at the University or Embankment (long reps) and on Thursday, track sessions. For October the dates are Tues 5th, 19th, University...12th, 26th Embankment, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th Track.Saturday 9 October - 10am - St. Leonards Avenue, Wollaton.
Easy 1 hour session round the Park and University.

The long one, how about we head out along the canal / river towards Sawley, turn right at Trent Lock onto the Erewash canal and then go up there a really long way before coming back via the Nottingham Canal. Start steady, finish at 'Paul Archer-endorsed' suicidal pace!
