This will be an approx. 9 miles fartlek but a variant on last weeks route.
For those not in the know about the two groups; as a rough rule of thumb this group is for slower paced runners very roughly 40 to 50 mins 10K , 65 - 70 mins for 10m 90 - 105 mins for half marathon and who would like to improve.
If any slower paced runners feel this is still to fast for them, please note a vacancy exists for anyone who will lead slower runners on a regular basis starting at the same time as the rest of us. Any volunteers are most welcome though initially you will need to bring your own slower runners to kick start it.
