Training and Racing: Tuesday 7 June - Sunday 12 June 2011
Tuesday 7 June - 6:30pm
Bramcote run of 10 miles with the option to do a short onme if you are competing in either the Trent 5 or Calver Fell Race, Derbyshire on Wednesday night. (Details in the calendar to the left)

Wednesday 8 June
Various races

Saturday 10 June - 9am
Wollaton Park/University - meet at St. Leonards Avenue for 7.5 mile easy run.

Sunday 11 June - 9am
Papplewick (Pub car park) for an 18 mile (13.75 mile option) around the forests of north nottingham. The Nettles are not too high and the ground is very dry, so sand hill is a killer!

ps: for those that might be interested there is an AUDAX ride on 25 June from Alfreton.

Training Tuesdays

Last night due to heavy traffic congestion I was late arriving at the Tennis Centre so apologies to anyone who gave up waiting. Also due to injury of key members the Bramcote run was cancelled at short notice so again apologies to anyone put out by the no shows. Going forward I am suspending the Tennis Centre sessions until January when hopefully the traffic may have eased slightly. The Bramcote group is also suspended until there is a compliment of regulars again. It will be announced on this blog.
