Considering we had to abandon this route last week owing to the ice, perhaps we can have another go? Tennis Centre for a 10 mile run on the reverse-Wollaton route. As this route isn't really the Wollaton route in reverse perhaps we should call it the Wollaton-Stapleford route? How does 4-5-5-5-6 min efforts at 10k pace/effort with half duration recoveries sound?
Saturday 14 February - 9am
Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton.
Sunday 15 February - 9am
Not sure what is on the cards. Matt is away. Rob & Ben are planning to race, weather permitting.
