Thursday 2 October - 5:15pm
Wilford route for a steady/brisk 10 miler incorporating 6 x 4 min @ 10k pace/effort with 3 min recoveries. Give me (ben) a shout if you're interested, start time is flexible.
Saturday 4 October - 9am
Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton.
Sunday 5 October - 9am
Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75M/18M run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire.
