Bramcote for a 10.3 mile run on the Strelley-Cossall route. Dunno what people fancy, but I'll be doing a 25 min threshold/tempo session providing my quads haven't fallen off by then.
PERHAPS a run on the roads might be a better bet - it's going to be soggy as hell on any of the off-road routes this Sunday 08 June - 9am evening!
