Bramcote Leisure Centre for 10 mile run on a flat course with 1*1600m, 2*800m and 4*400m efforts with 400m recovery between. Tomorrow is the Summer League Race at Holme Pierrepont, so there will be an easy 5-mile short-cut for those that need it.
Saturday 19 May - 9am
Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton.
Sunday 20 May - 9am
An extended Papplewick giving a hilly 18.5 miles. Meet at the Griffins Head Pub car park, Papplewick, Notts.
