Tennis Centre for a 10M run with efforts - 6 * 1/2 mile around the Wollaton Route (most likely!). There will also be a steady run along with the efforts.

Saturday 14 January - 9am
Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. DON'T FORGET THAT TODAY IT IS THE COUNTY CROSS-COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS AND A FEW RUNNERS WILL BE DOING THIS INSTEAD. SEE BELOW.

Sunday 15 January - 9am
Papplewick, Nottinghamshire, meet at the Griffins Head PH. 13.75m or longer...1,000ft ascent!

14 Jan 2006 11:00 am Cross-Country County Championships, Markeaton Park, Derby.

Training Tuesdays

Last night due to heavy traffic congestion I was late arriving at the Tennis Centre so apologies to anyone who gave up waiting. Also due to injury of key members the Bramcote run was cancelled at short notice so again apologies to anyone put out by the no shows. Going forward I am suspending the Tennis Centre sessions until January when hopefully the traffic may have eased slightly. The Bramcote group is also suspended until there is a compliment of regulars again. It will be announced on this blog.
