8M tempo run (20-30 min warm-up, 20 min @ 85% WHR, 20 min cool-down). Let me (Ben) know if your interested.

Thursday 12 May - 6:00pm Beeston
13M run out to Trent Lock, up the Erewash Canal and back through Bramcote at an easy/steady pace (70-75% WHR) - check with Ben. Gary is doing a 20 minute fartlek session, in a 6 mile run, along the same course at 70% - 85% WHR.

Saturday 14 May - 9:00am - St. Leonard's Drive, Wollaton (Park)
University and Park run of 1 hour or 10 mile Steady State run at 80 - 85% for 30 mins.

Sunday 15 May - 9:00am - Papplewick, Griffins Head PH
13.75M - 17M run.

Training Tuesdays

Last night due to heavy traffic congestion I was late arriving at the Tennis Centre so apologies to anyone who gave up waiting. Also due to injury of key members the Bramcote run was cancelled at short notice so again apologies to anyone put out by the no shows. Going forward I am suspending the Tennis Centre sessions until January when hopefully the traffic may have eased slightly. The Bramcote group is also suspended until there is a compliment of regulars again. It will be announced on this blog.
