1.Trevor's session - meet @ Wollaton Pk. Lake @ 6:30pm for 7pm session - likely 6 x 800m off 60-90 sec recovery.
Sunday 4th July - Couple of options:
1. 10am - Mansfield Civic Centre, Mansfield

Simon & Gary's taper prior to the race includes a 6-7 hour run supporting a chap doing the Bob Graham Round (74M, 28500 ft, 42 peaks) on Saturday followed by 17 pints of foaming ale in Keswick. My money is on them both destroying the course record ;-)
