Saturday 31 July 2010 - 9am Wollaton Park Gates (Near Car park) for an easy 7.5 mile run around the park and university. Sunday 1 August 2010 Papplewick run

Hopefully first fartlek tonight since my comeback probably around Cossall

Steady run 8 - 10 miles. Still strengthening legs after June lay off.

Training and Racing: Tuesday 20 July - Sunday 25 July 2010 Tuesday 20 July - 6:30pm For those racing again midweek and this weekend (see calendar on the right), there is a 5 mile run on the Pit Lane - Tin Bridge - Nottingham Canal route? If you want to do 10 miles carry on to Tin Bridge for the normal route. Saturday & Sunday; there may be a run around the park and the usual Papplewick run. Better check with the usual suspects as there is a BG attempt again this weekend.

I'm back this Tuesday - it will be slow steady in the Nottingham canal area while I find my legs again.

Sunday 11 July - 9am Griffin's Head PH, Papplewick, Notts, for a run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire.
