Geoff's Group Tuesday 27th September

Also following the fast group we transfer to the Tennis Centre from 6.30 pm this week. Mike will lead this Tuesday as I will be unavailable. From next week Tuesday 4th October it should be back to normal. 8 - 10 miles fartlek. Afterwards Steak and Chips (and it has been good quality steak lately) for two pounds and fifty pence only in the Cricketers at Beeston along with the fast lads / lasses. The gossip can be legendry.

Don't forget Circuit Training at Noel Street Leisure Centre Wednesday 8pm to ensure the pain is shared amongst other muscle groups for your own good. Usual City Council charge applies. Pain killers available for extra cost in the Lion straight afterwards (beer and curry £4.25).

Training Tuesdays

Last night due to heavy traffic congestion I was late arriving at the Tennis Centre so apologies to anyone who gave up waiting. Also due to injury of key members the Bramcote run was cancelled at short notice so again apologies to anyone put out by the no shows. Going forward I am suspending the Tennis Centre sessions until January when hopefully the traffic may have eased slightly. The Bramcote group is also suspended until there is a compliment of regulars again. It will be announced on this blog.
