Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

As last week: 6.20pm Intermediate Group up to 8- 9 miles maybe some efforts 6.30pm Fast Group - similar distance. Both routes to be agreed before starting. Meet in front of the main entrance from 15 minutes before start times.

6.20pm Intermediate Group Approx 8 miles steady perhaps spome efforts. Route to be agreed beforehand. Meet as usual in fron t of the main entrance from just after 6. 6.30pm Fast group: route also to be agreed. Meet from 6.15pm same place.

6.20pm Intermediate group 8 - 9 miles led by Mike. Route to be agreed before starting. 6.30pm Faster group Route and distance also to be decided pre-start. Gary leading. For both groups meet outside the main entrance from approx 15 mins before each starting time. As per the blog header - new runners are always welcome.

Intermediate Group Start 6.20pm - Up to 9  miles, maybe with some efforts this week. Route to be decided on the night but as usual in the general direction of Cossall. Meet from 6 outside the Leisure Centre Fast Group- They start 6.30pm, again, route to be decided on the night as will the session. There is a Facebook page for this group. Meet from 6.15 outside the Leisure Centre.

Continuing this Summer's theme from previous weeks. Exact route to be agreed before starting. As usual meet in the foyer or near the front entrance from just after 6.

With Mike leading the distance will be similar to recent weeks. Route to be decided on the night. Meet in the foyer or in front of the entrance from just after 6pm

As per last week; steady run up to 7 miles, maybe slightly more depends on the group and the route selected on the night. Meet as usual from just after 6 in the foyer or in front of the entrance.

Similar to last week; up to 9 miles in the Canals or Awsworth direction with possibly some efforts. Meet in foyer or outside the front entrance about 10 - 15 minutes beforehand.

About 9 miles cross country mostly of road again in the Cossall / canals direction . Meet in the foyer or in front of the entrance from 6pm

Approx 9 miles steady possibly with efforts along the Erewash Canal and back along the old Nottingham Canal. Meet in the foyer from 6pm. Mike leading.

Up to 9  miles over paths in the general direction of Awswoth and Cossall; maybe with some efforts. Meet in the foyer or outside the front entrance from 6pm.

Note the light evenings venue. Up to 10 miles undulating much of which is off road on paths. Route to be decided on the night. Meet in the foyer or in front of the entrance from 6.15pm

This is the last one from here before we move to Bramcote next week. NOTE THE EARLIER START TIME. Route to be decided on the night. Meet in the foyer FROM 6PM. The fast group are meeting at Bramcote Leisure Centre from 6.30pm THIS WEEK.
