Rob kicks ass in Wilmslow!!!!!!!!! Think many/most of you know this already, but Rob posted an amazing 69:05 at Wilmslow Half Marathon yesterday. He took a huge chunk off his PB, destroyed the 70 min barrier and perhaps most importantly, ran more than 40 secs quicker than Lord Elliot's PB. Truly, an astonishing run. Huge respect mate, I for one am in awe. Superb.
