Apologies for the late posting. With Mike away this week I am returning to lead the group. However my level of fitness is such that it will just be a 5 - 6 miles slow / steady one. Those happy for a short plod (you can always extend it if you want) please meet in the foyer from 6.15pm. New runners welcome; just turn up.
