Nottingham City Harriers 2018- Training for road, cross country running, fell racing

Happy New Year everyone! With those riddled with an extra pound or two (weight that it) and feeling faintly guilty then don't forget the fartlek efforts from the Tennis Centre. All are welcome to the post training eating and socialising in the Cricketers afterwards (to put it all back on of course). Also for exercising those parts that running cannot reach there is a good circuit training at Noel Street Leisure Centre (usual charges) 7pm - 8pm on Wednesday evenings.
