Note the light nights location to facilitate off road running in the general direction of the Erewash Canal, Cossall and Strelly. Meet in the foyer of the LC from 6.15pm. Probably about 8 miles steady involving the canal to the metal bridge and back along the disused Nottingham canal paths. New runners welcome; just turn up no charges to run.
