Training and Racing Tuesday 6 December - Sunday 11 December 2005 The session will start from Nottingham Tennis Centre, University Boulevard, Nottingham, meet in Reception. Tuesday 6 December - 6:30pm Tennis Centre for a 10M run with efforts - duration and recovery to be negotiated on the night ;-) Saturday 10 December- 9am Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 11 December - 9am Papplewick, Nott's. Meet by the Griffin's Head PH. 13.75m through the country. Races Are you looking for a lightning fast 10k before Christmas? Then look no further than the Telford Christmas 10k Road Race . Run is held on Sunday 18th December at 11am and draws a good quality field (31 runners inside 35 minutes in 2004) , with the course records (M 28:52, F 33:44) confirming that it's a quick route.
