Training and Racing: Tuesday 4 July - Tuesday 11 July 2006 Tuesday 4 July - 6:30pm As the Heritage Series is on today (see below) and the Black Rocks Fell Race is on tomorrow, there may not be many people about. Bramcote Leisure Centre for a 10M both steady and with 6 * 0.5 mile efforts. Saturday 8 July - 9am Wollaton Park easy run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton. Sunday 9 July - 9am Papplewick for a 13.75 mile run around the forests of north Nottinghamshire. Tuesday 11 July - 6:30pm Bramcote Leisure Centre for a 10M both steady and with 6 * 0.5 mile efforts. Again, a bit thin on the ground. Hi All The 4th road race is week WEDS 12TH JULY at WORKSOP (approx 5.5m but certainly under 6m) in Clumber Park, great venue & course (no daft hills, this time) Usual 7.15pm start Leave Nottingham north on the A614 until Ollerton roundabout (approx 13 miles), take the 2nd left onto the A616 until you reach a mini roundabout (further 3 miles), turn right here and go straight on at the next mini roundabout (which is almost next to the 1st one) and onto the B6034 which takes you towards Worksop (another 5 miles). Approaching Worksop there is a left turn which would lead you down a steep hill to Worksop itself, dont take this turn, go straight on and take the next RIGHT and into the School and race venue (400m further on) rough map attached (Takes about 35-40 minutes from Redhill centre) Latest road race results & a diverse selection of what else we have all been up to recently are now uploaded at http://www.redhillroadrunners.com See you all there kevin

I'm back after several weeks absence hopefully regular Tuesday sessions again from this week. Start time it is proposed 6pm and we will resume fartleks.
