10M mainly off-road, start steady, finish quick.
Thursday 9th September - 6:30pm - St. Leonards, Wollaton Park
Easy 1 hour session round the Park & Uni.
Saturday 11th September
Not sure what's happening as Rich is doing Robin Hood the next day, Paul is doing a 1/2 Ironman on Saturday and Toni and Craig are doing the Jungfrau Marathon !!!! - Best of luck everyone!!!
