The Great GR20 Bed Race

Ben and Gary are in hot and sunny Bastia, Corse after the great GR20 Bed Race. This is an ultra endurance event comprising sleep deprivation, nasal challenges and long hours marching over incredibly rough terrain. The rules of the race are that the first one to the refuge for the next day gets the best bed and the last gets no bed. Runners regularly start the event at 5am. You will be gald to hear that we succeeded in sleeping soundly every night. See you on Saturday for a run around Wolly Park. 10am.
