The darker evenings are upon us so please note the venue switch for
sessions under streetlights. Please also note the later start time to
allow for traffic problems caused by the tramworks. A 9 to10 miles
fartlek session is proposed.
Meet in foyer from 6.15pm. New runners most welcome; just turn up. No charges apply.
