NOTE/ Run this week will start half an hour earlier than usual, so we can get down the Vic in good time for a few jars afterwards. Tennis Centre for a 10 mile run on the Wilford route, with the likelihood of efforts or a tempo run for those that didn't turn their quads into mincemeat on Sunday ;-)
Saturday 20 December - 9am
Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton.
Sunday 21 December - 9am
Papplewick. Meet at the Griffins Head PH Car Park for a 13.75M, 18M or 21M run around the forests of North Nottinghamshire.
