Geoff's Group - 6.30pm Tuesday - Tennis Centre

This will be a 9 miles fartlek.

For those not in the know about the two groups; as a rough rule of thumb this group is for slower paced runners very roughly 40 to 50 mins 10K , 65 - 70 mins for 10m 90 - 105 mins for half marathon and who would like to improve.

If any slower paced runners feel this is still to fast for them, please note a vacancy exists for anyone who will lead slower runners on a regular basis starting at the same time as the rest of us. If any one volunteers we will shout it from the rooftops as well as circulate by electronic means.
